Rocksector Records' family grows

Metalnews Power of

British rockers KNOCK OUT KAINE have signed a deal with Rocksector Records for their next album, with a release date of March 2015 provisionally planned.

Since inception in 2005, this band has been putting itself on the map both in UK & Europe, winning KERRANG!'s Best Unsigned Live Act award in 2008 & touring with Guns n Roses drummer Steven Adler, as well as Chris Holmes of W.A.S.P. in 2011. A slot at Download Festival also followed in the same year.

Band members:
Dean Foxx - lead vocals
Danny Krash - drums
Jimmy Bohemian - lead guitar
Lee Byrne - bass guitar

A debut album "House Of Sins" was released through DOTT Music in Germany in 2012, a year which also saw Knock Out Kaine open up in Glasgow for UK rock legends Status Quo. In 2013 the band opened for Love/Hate & also played Hard Rock Hell AOR Festival.

Armed with new management, a new record deal & a new music video "Set The Night On Fire" featuring a cameo appearance by Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden (view here), Knock Out Kaine now prepare for a new album release in 2015.

Says Mark Appleton of Rocksector Records.... "Knock Out Kaine is one of the sleeping giants of the British rock scene with an extensive fanbase already in place & more than sufficient musical weaponry to push that even further. I'm genuinely proud to add them to the label roster & can confidently say that together we're going to release a great album that rock fans worldwide will love"

Knock Out Kane's deal follows that of Tysondog, whose signing Rocksector Records announced at a press conference earlier this summer. Tysondog were formed in Newcastle in 1983 during the NWOBHM boom. They released 2 albums in the 1980s but split up in 1987. Then, in 2008, the band decided to get back together and are now planning to release a brand new album with Rocksector, to be called "Cry Havoc".
