Under the slogan „Back from the future – back to brutal“ the German music label NOIZGATE Records from Bielefeld will release its second sampler. 30 bands could save themselves a slot on BRUTAL VISION VOL. II – amongst them the winners of last summer’s Facebook voting. The compilation will be released officially via the sister label Deafground Records on March 13th, 2015. Visitors of the NOIZGATE Festival 2015 don’t have to wait patiently until March, though:

The oeuvre will already be available at the BRUTAL VISION RECORD RELEASE PARTY on January 23rd, 2015 at the Falkendom in Bielefeld.

Featuring 30 tracks, the second BRUTAL VISION sampler will be released as a double CD. Apart from well-known NOIZGATE and Deafground artists such as Leons Massacre (who will also be adorning the cover artwork), Placenta, Cyrcus, Koroded or Watch Out Stampede, The Sixpounder, having won the Facebook voting terminated on September 15th, 2014 as a chance for newcomer bands to save themselves a slot on the compilation, will be represented, too.

“We had so many great bands applying for the voting that we decided to include more than only the top three winning bands on the sampler. We have finally settled for ten bands, who participated in the voting. By the way: We had over 300 bands applying,” PR-spokesperson Susanna Bartl reveals.

Moreover the project partners Metal-Only.de, Mega-Metal.de, Deafness Radio, Stormbringer.at, Allschools.net, Outspoken Mag, Musiker Magazin and EMP each nominated a contribution for BRUTAL VISION VOL. II.

„The sampler reveals a great range of genres and varieties of the metal field. Colorful, diversified and modern – compiling the tracks has cost all of us a lot of blood, sweat and tears and one can hear that. We’re really proud of BRUTAL VISION VOL. II,” Bartls goes on.

The compilation will be already presented in advance to the official sales launch in March 2015 on the NOIZGATE Festival 2015 (January 23rd & 24th, 2015, at Falkendom in Bielefeld): Following Friday’s concerts, a great BRUTAL VISION RECORD RELEASE PARTY will start at midnight. Musical entertainment will be provided by DJane Rachel Rohrstock of the NOIZGATE-team, DJ Lasse Dennsen of Radio Hertz 87,9 and Ben Overmann of the band Koroded. Visitors of the festival can purchase the double CD during both days of the event at the merchandise stall.
