Full Metal Mountain – heavy metal from top to bottomThe Peak, Mountain Stage and Base Camp – these are the three festival locations of Full Metal Mountain. “Like in Wacken the music program will definitely be one thing: loud and true. We will bring a good mixture of different metal to the mountains“, one of the promoters, Holger Hübner says. A good example for this diversity are the first bands that are now announced: the German heavy metal legend Accept, the metalcore band Heaven Shall Burn and the medieval metal band In Extremo will be on stage at Full Metal Mountain.

The following bands supplement the line-up: Gamma Ray, Dog Eat Dog,
Beyond the Black, Eskimo Callboy, Orden Organ, Alkbottle, Russkaja and
Devil´s Train. More artists will be released in the next months.

A winter vacation for everyoneFull Metal Mountain takes place in the biggest ski area of Carinthia.
Tröpolach, at the Nassfeld, is located about 210km south of Salzburg, near
the Italian boarder. “Our ski region is characterized by a micro climate which
guarantees snow during the season. In addition winter sport fans as well as
people who like to relax and do something good for themselves will enjoy
the region. Wellness, over 100km of piste and fun sports are just a few
examples of the different activities here“, Markus Brandstätter, CEO of the
NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH, explains.
